Can StoryTandem message every new follower?+

Instagram does not provide a general new-follower trigger for proactive DMs. StoryTandem uses supported events such as a person’s first inbound message and blocks workflows that do not follow Meta’s platform rules.

Who can activate an automation?+

Only the Creator/Owner. Managers may prepare and test workflows, and they can pause activity immediately, but they cannot activate or restart automated sending.

Will different clients see each other’s messages?+

No. Each client has an isolated workspace containing only its Instagram connections, conversations, team members, and workflow settings.
